If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed by your current life circumstances, you’ve come to the right place. I believe that therapy has the power to help people get unstuck when they feel that they don’t know what to do next or feel that they have tried everything and nothing has changed. Therapy can also help you learn how uncomfortable feelings such as anxiety can be present without stopping you from taking actions to better your life.

I have worked with individuals contending with depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life changes, burnout, relationship stress, and substance abuse, to name a few things. In therapy with me, we will work to identify what matters most in your life, learn how to stay in the present moment, and begin to make changes. With compassion and a sense of humor, we will take steps towards meaningful actions that will bring you back to the life you want to have.

Let Go of Anxiety

Anxiety is the most common cause of psychological distress. Anxiety is also completely normal and beneficial in many situations. The concern is when anxiety begins to strain our relationship with others, impact performance at work or school, or keep up from activities that we used to enjoy.

In therapy with me, I will help you begin to identify and unhook from unhelpful thinking patterns and follow through with the important things in your life, even if the anxiety is still there.
